High speed Allegro train between St. Petersburg and Helsinki will enter service on 12 December 2010. The train has 7 carriages and runs at maximum speed of 220 km/h. The average travel time is 3 hours 45 minutes. Allegro will depart daily from St. Petersburg at 06:40, 15:25 (local time) and from Helsinki at 10:00 and 15:00 (local time).
